We read every message. Use the address below for account help, privacy requests, and product questions. Billing for Pro is handled by Apple or Google, not this website.
Write from the email on your ProPocket account if you need help with login, data, or deletion.
Account and data
Delete your account in the app under Settings. That removes your ProPocket data from our servers. It does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel Pro in your store account settings as well.
If you cannot open the app, email us from your account address and ask us to delete it. We may need to verify it is you.
Pro billing
Purchases go through the App Store or Google Play. Manage, restore, or cancel in the app (Settings → Manage subscription) or in your Apple ID / Google Play subscriptions.
